Vision of Love made a donation of three sets of Ophthalmic Surgical Instruments to Department of Ophthalmology at Teaching Hospital Jaffna. They were handed over to the Director of Teaching Hospital Jaffna on 8th September 2017 at the hospital’s conference room. The instruments were requested by the eye surgeons to help them increase the service provision in order to meet the steadily increasing demands on their services along with the patients from the Vanni and Mannar districts which are not covered well at present due to staff and equipment shortages in the regional hospitals. The donation was highly appreciated by the Director, Deputy Director S. Sri Bavananda Rajah and two consultants Dr. M.Malaravan and Dr. Chadra Kumar.
